• Final Submission of Meal and Accommodation numbers

• Second Participant  Levy payment (GBP 14 per participant)
• Payment of 30% of balance for Meals and Accommodation due.

15th June 2010 -

• Fixtures Released

25^th June 2010 -

• Date for all Final Payments (Participant Levy, Meals and Accommodation – 35%)

28th June 2010 -

• Submission deadline for Country information and photos for Euros programme.

1st July -

• Deadline for team marquee variation orders.
• Deadline for participant details to be uploaded onto Team Management site.

5th July -

• Room Allocation form deadline (Those staying at UWE only)
• Additional Final Function Tickets order deadline (with food)
• Week commencing - Participant Information Briefing notes emailed out to all registered participants.

12th July -

• Ice order due.
• Week commencing - Final Briefing Note Issued.

22^nd July 2010: European Championships begin
