Bristol’s Filton College is one of the fastest growing and most vibrant Colleges within the South West.

The College provides a vast range of further education full-time courses for over 2500 14-19 year olds in both academic and vocational areas.

Nearly 250 international students study at Filton on either English Language training courses or a range of academic and vocational programmes.

In September 2005, Filton College, opened a brand new vocational campus - WISE (West of England Institute of Specialist Education) with purpose-built facilities dedicated to vocational education, with a particular focus on sports, performing arts and art and design.

It now houses the hugely successful Bristol Academy of Sport as well as the highly-regarded South West Academy of Dramatic Arts and the nationally-renowned Bristol School of Art. The new campus includes a 500-seat indoor sports hall, a 60x40m indoor Astroturf pitch as well as a 250-seat theatre and dance studios.

Accommodation will be provided at the University of the West of England (UWE), Frenchay Campus. The finals night function will also be held on site in the UWE Conference and Exhibition Centre.

The University of the West of England (UWE) is a modern, growing university in the thriving harbourside city of Bristol. UWE Bristol is one of Britain's most popular universities, with around 30,000 students and 3,000 staff and is the largest provider of Higher Education in the South West of England. Students come to UWE from all parts of the UK, as well as a significant and growing number of international students from over 50 countries worldwide.

The Univesity is four miles north of the city centre and less than one mile away (15min walk) from the playing venue of Filton College. On site the student village has accommodation available for about 2,000 people in newly constructed student flats. All rooms are single, ensuited rooms and are provided with linen and towels.  Single rooms are available in flats with six single bedrooms, which also have a communal kitchen and living room area.

On-site facilities include a convenience shop, with a variety of cafes and bars and sports facilities. There are several large stores including a Sainsbury's supermarket within easy walking distance and public buses run frequently to and from the city centre.
